The reference value: O*NET

Thanks to its task sets adapted to the O*NET database, TalentMatrix enables a complex, objective and data-driven assessment of a total of 175 relevant job-specific characteristics, including 52 skills, 30 personality traits, 32 work interests and 61 work conditions.

the process

Onboarding

Candidates are registered in the system, systems schedules test for them in the closest test center. (Client’s database/system can be connected through unique API)

Testing

After validation, candidates undergo the PractiWork test and English test.

Results & selection

The data package uploaded by the system gets to our evaluation system, which uses statistical and AI methods to find the best job-client match.

Final selection

The results are uploaded to a closed system where the client can see them in a comprehensible, visually appealing form.

Overview

TalentMatrix supplies the Customer with the devices that are necessary for continuous assessments.

Due to the automatic nature of the device, after a few hour long training almost anyone can manage the assessment process with our remote support. (The training and the support are part of the package.)

Our pricing is licence fee based.
